Omni means all — and that’s the whole point. A hybrid athlete isn’t built to be good at one thing. They’re built to be good at everything: run, lift, endure, recover, on the same day, in the same body. Most coaches train one discipline. We train the athlete who won’t choose.

    Running economy, strength profile, movement quality, recovery capacity.
    A 90-minute baseline. Lactate, movement screen, strength mapping across squat, hinge and overhead. The number we use for every decision for the next 12 weeks.

    A weekly plan built around your week, not a template.
    Delivered in the app Sunday evening. 5–6 sessions, scaled to your schedule, race timeline and recovery. Built for progression, not volume.

    Weekly check-ins. Data from training and life. The plan follows you.
    Sleep, stress, readiness. Training heart rate, perceived effort. We adjust the week — not just in the margin, but where it matters. Honest coaching, not algorithms.

01I'm based outside Denmark. Can I still train with you?

Yes — most of our athletes work with us remotely, including in Norway, Sweden and across Europe. You get the same programming framework, weekly video check-ins, and the full testing protocol. Coaching happens over app + video; only in-person testing depends on location.

02Which tier is right for me?

TrainingPlan works if you know what consistency looks like but want smarter structure than a generic plan. Pro coaching is where most of our athletes sit — hybrid training is too context-dependent for a template, and the data plus ongoing adjustment keep the plan yours. Elite coaching is for when you have a date on the calendar and can't afford to guess. Unsure? That's what the intro call is for.

03Am I locked into a contract?

No. You pay per period (running or 6-month) and there are no year-long commitments. With the running option you simply stop before your next period.

04Do I need to do the testing to train with you?

For Pro coaching and Elite coaching, yes — testing is what makes the plan yours and not a template. In Denmark we test at LøberLab (Copenhagen & Aarhus); elsewhere we arrange it through our partner network, or use validated home protocols.

05Can I combine HYROX training with marathon prep?

That's literally what we do. Hybrid athletes are our entire practice. We don't ask you to choose between disciplines — we reconcile them.

06How is this different from a running coach plus a strength coach?

A running coach writes your run weeks. A strength coach writes your lift weeks. Nobody owns the week as a whole — which is where hybrid athletes break. We own the whole week, which means we also own the trade-offs.
